"It has been a great year with Ms. Studeny for my daughter. She has been a supportive, passionate and dedicated teacher. She communicates effectively during lessons and encourages her to challenge herself. Most importantly, it is so great to see my daughter smiling after each lesson. I recommend Ms. Studeny to everyone who wants to learn cello."

"April is a fantastic teacher! She has been teaching me to play the cello for a little over a year now. When we began, I had never played the cello before, and as a professional computer programmer in my 50s, I realized it would be a challenge. I soon realized, though, that April is not just a great cellist; she's also an excellent teacher."

I have been taking cello lessons with April for 3 years and strongly endorse her as an instructor. She’s patient and tailors the learning to each student. She invests not only in her profession as a cellist, but also as a teacher. This is evident when I stumble with particular concepts and she easily pulls resources from her vast library to supplement my learning.
